Your Tasks
- Perform daily monitoring of the global fleet subscribed to digital aircraft services
- Notify the customer support team when an event is detected and provide necessary input for follow-up actions in all relevant areas including CAMO, predictive maintenance and flight data monitoring
- Inform our branches about the status of their fleets during weekly coordination meetings
- Handle invoicing and financial control of digital service subscription fees
- Prepare, issue and distribute monthly operations reports
- Track investigations and maintenance actions following AOG events with digital relevance and share operational updates with function managers
With this you convince us
- Broad aerospace background in data analytics in the field of digital aircraft solutions, preferably with experience in both technical and commercial areas
- Professional qualifications advantageous, experience and personality considered equally important
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data as well as proficiency with IT Tools like JIRA, Microsoft, SAP and PowerBI
- Fluent English language skills are required and proficiency in German considered advantageous
- Highly motivated and focused on customer satisfaction and business development
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and allocate time and resources to meet the job requirements
