Your Tasks

• Logistics operations (warehousing, transport, customs) contract management (contract governance set-up, deliverables and KPIs validation, change request elaboration, interlocution with service suppliers)
• WH Activities Workload/capacity analysis and forecast elaboration
• Logistics activities surveillance and audit
• Ensure a continuous improvement to streamline logistics processes focus on Lead Times, Quality and Costs and as well ensure export control and customs compliance
• SAP EWM development focal point for Pilatus Iberica
• Manage and drumbeating discrepancies resolution as well as ensure resolution of process deviations and proper escalation to upper levels if needed

With this you convince us

• Engineering Degree with +3 years experience in Logistics (inbound, Stock, Outbound, Customs, Transportation)
• Deep SAP EWM experience, basic SAP PP/MM experience is a must
• Solid contract operation and management foundations (work specifications, deliverables and KPI validation)  
• Efficient and independent way of working with high productivity as well reliable, flexible, conscientious and punctual work style in a dynamic team
• Team player, continuous improvement mindset
• Proficiency knowledge of English (C1), knowledge of German would be an advantage
