Spare Parts Administrator

Pilatus is hiring a Spare Parts Administrator to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming orders from Pilatus Service Centers and direct customers for all parts requirements. In addition, you will provide technical information and answer complex questions in response to inquiries. A successful person in this role will develop and maintain relationships with customers by ensuring that all required parts are supplied in a timely and efficient manner. What you do

  • Creates and/or processes Sales Orders for customers
  • Creates and/or processes Invoices for customers
  • Coordinates efforts to meet AOG and Expedite needs until part is delivered to end customer
  • Acts as a liaison between customer and Pilatus for all parts inquiries
  • Processes the Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests
  • Processes customer direct shipments from Pilatus Aircraft Ltd or vendor
  • Provides price quotes and processes price/availability requests from customers
  • Researches parts using the IPD, AMM, CMM, or other resources
  • Maintains the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Other Duties/Responsibilities
  • Participates in 24/7/365 AOG on call rotation
  • Monitors and processes customer open orders
  • Ensures compliance with Pilatus Service Center Policies and Procedures
  • Ensures adherence to Pilatus internal Procedures
  • Alerts Accounting of any company that is not current with their account
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

What you bring

  • 1+ years of technical experience related to aviation parts and high school degree or equivalent
  • Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 knowledge preferred
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Professional software
  • Ability to learn and utilize aviation technical software; working knowledge of Quantum a plus
  • Professional manner, excellent oral/written communication, and customer service skills essential
  • Effective interpersonal communication and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize the workload and produce high quality, detailed work on a consistent basis
  • Must meet the criteria of a U.S. person as defined under ITAR 22 CFR 120.62
