Your Tasks

• Plan, manage, execute and coordinate the introduction of executive seats for the Business Aviation Aircraft
• Define, manage and control project plans, schedules and project program progress
• Identification and mitigation of project risks and monitoring of project cost analysis and continued cost improvements
• Monthly program reporting in Steering Committee meetings
• Manage project teams with a matrix setup within Product Management,  Engineering, Production Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and Pilatus subsidiaries
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to confirm project requirements and objectives
• Ensure a good reputation and high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with Business Aviation leaders for department wide strategy

With this you convince us

• Technical background with a degree on level FH
• At least 5 years practical experience within Program Management & Project Management in Aviation
• Experience within the aircraft industry
• Distinct coordination and planning skills
• Very good written and spoken English (C1) and German (B2)
• High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, flexibility and communication skills
