HR Manager Pilatus Ibérica - Sevilla

Your Tasks

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Oversee the full recruiting cycle, including talent acquisition, interviews, contract negotiations, and hiring
• Onboarding & Integration: Develop onboarding programs to help new hires adapt to company culture and their roles effectively
• Performance & Time Management: Implement performance review processes and support the introduction of a new Time Management Tool
• Payroll Management & HR Administration: Coordinate monthly payroll, taxes, and personnel insurances with external providers 
• HR Consulting & Compliance: Serve as a key advisor for employees and managers, ensuring compliance with labor laws and liaising with the HR headquarter in Switzerland
• Occupational Safety & Development: Enforce health and safety policies, provide training, and support employee growth through development programs
 

With this you convince us

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the industry sector
• Proven experience in leading HR projects, developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, and managing complex HR projects across multiple departments
• Fluency in English C1 and Spanish C1 is required
• Ability to multitask and manage various HR tasks in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Strong problem-solving skills to address HR challenges effectively
• Highly motivated, self-organized, with excellent communication skills, a structured way of working, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and fostering a positive culture
